Snapsheet is a venture backed mobile technology company that’s flipping the insurance world upside down. Instead of driving to a body shop you can submit photos on your smartphone, receive an estimate within hours and either take a direct deposit payout or schedule an appointment at a body shop. We have locked up contracts with top insurance carriers and are entering hyper-growth mode. We are building an elite team and are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer.

What you will do:

  • Manage a large fleet of on-premise and remote desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using automated and scalable tools
  • Install and support a suite of software applications for the company
  • Maintain and support the printing service and devices
  • Offer great and responsive customer service to customers local and remote
  • Implement processes and tools to proactively decrease incidents and problems
  • Manage and continually improve the request fulfillment, incident, and problem management processes
  • Manage the Identity and Access Management directories for the company, local and cloud
  • Incrementally improve the self-service documentation and tools for employees
  • Manage and support the VoIP telephony systems
  • Accurately track and inventory the IT hardware and software assets
  • Implement and manage security tools and processes
  • Support the LAN, WAN, and corporate servers as needed
  • Help with making IT at Snapsheet a world class team


Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant technical experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 years of relevant technical experience
