Customer Success Manager

Snapsheet is a mobile enterprise startup that is disrupting the outdated auto insurance claims process and turning a $120B market on its head. We have locked up contracts with top insurance carriers and are entering hyper-growth mode. We are building an elite team and looking for a Customer Success Manager.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for a team of customer success agents. We want someone who knows how to train, coach, and lead a team to meet key performance indicators. Seeking someone who can perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Coach and evaluate employee performance to adhere to operational best practices
  • Review weekly QA analysis of team performance
  • Conduct one on ones every other week with each employee
  • Drive daily and monthly team goals
  • Implement strategies to improve individual improvement
  • Address adjuster, customer,and internal escalations
  • Create and update succession plan for your team
  • Complete bi-annual and quarterly reviews

What you have:

  • College degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Enjoys coaching and mentoring others to succeed
  • Must be able to multi-task in a high paced environment
  • Agile with change management
  • Persevere through an always changing environment
  • Strategic and are able to plan for the future
  • Strong collaborator and internal communicator
  • Ability to inspire improvement and actualize goals
