About the role: As a Contracted Tech Recruiter at Snapsheet, you will directly impact one of our most valuable assets: our people. You will be the driving force behind finding exceptional talent to join our tech team – Developers, Software Engineers, IT professionals, and more. You’ll complete full-cycle recruiting: finding innovative ways to source top talent, creating meaningful interview processes, and closing offers. You’ll partner closely with high-level stakeholders to drive change in the tech department, use data to make informed decisions, and build strong relationships across the organization. 

This is a 6-month contract position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract, assess, and close top tech talent to meet the needs of Snapsheet’s growing tech team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the tech department to to align on workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring goals. 
  • Partner with tech and engineering leaders to manage the entire recruitment process from job opening to offer acceptance and beyond.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in all things Snapsheet Tech, effectively communicating the team’s culture, challenges, and opportunities to candidates.
  • Pull and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting data to evaluate process health, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Leverage data insights to craft compelling narratives that highlight successes, address challenges, and guide stakeholders in refining recruitment strategies.
  • Create meaningful and equitable interview processes, ensuring all candidates have a positive experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Balance your role as both a candidate advocate and business partner to ensure the best match for all parties.
  • Promote our employer brand through creative outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships with tech communities.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, including salary benchmarks, emerging roles, ways of working, and candidate behavior, to ensure competitive tech recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a focus on tech recruitment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data reporting.
  • Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices, with demonstrated success in creative sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Tech fluency: ability to articulate technical challenges, opportunities, and Snapsheet’s tech stack effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions at all levels, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and fostering positive employer branding.
