About the Role

Snapsheet is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Motorcycle & Powersports Appraisers to join our growing team. In this remote, production-based role, you’ll manage a high volume of claims across the U.S. and Canada.

You’re a subject matter expert in motorcycles and powersports vehicles—including ATVs, UTVs, scooters, dirt bikes, and more. You understand the unique repair complexities of these vehicles and are comfortable negotiating with shops, documenting files thoroughly, and collaborating with a remote team.

Even if you don’t have experience in all vehicle types listed, we encourage you to apply. We provide the tools and support to help you grow into new specialties.

Responsibilities

  • Write accurate, carrier-compliant estimates and supplements for motorcycles and powersports vehicles based on photos of physical damage
  • Maintain a high standard of estimate quality and meet production targets
  • Negotiate pricing with repair facilities professionally and calmly
  • Adapt your estimating approach based on carrier expectations and vehicle type
  • Apply feedback from QA staff and team leads to continually improve performance
  • Document claims clearly using internal tools and external reference materials
  • Communicate effectively with shops, carriers, and customers
  • Maintain alignment with peers and leaders while working independently in a remote setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience estimating damage on motorcycles or powersports vehicles
  • Broader auto or specialty line estimating experience is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of parts, repair methods, aftermarket modifications, and accessories for powersports
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance practices including total loss thresholds and fraud detection
  • Proficiency in at least one estimating platform (Mitchell, CCC One, Audatex, or AdjustRite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven remote environment
  • Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
  • Bonus: State appraiser or adjuster license (or willingness to become licensed—we’ll help!)

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote role with flexible schedule
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Comprehensive training to grow your skillset and expand into other vehicle types
  • Exposure to multiple carriers and claims environments
  • Generous PTO policy

  • 4% company match on 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options
